Legislative Assembly

Mr Manuel Brown is the member for Arafura Representing the Tiwi Islands in the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly. Manuel describes himself as a Tiwi man of the Takaringuwi (Mullet) Tribe who has spent most of his life living on the Tiwi Islands where his extended family still live.
