About the Role
We are seeking a motivated People & Capability Administration Officer to join our team on a 12-month contract. Reporting to the Senior People & Capability Officer, you will provide essential HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute to smooth people processes, strong compliance, and a positive employee experience across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Support end-to-end recruitment including job advertising, shortlisting coordination, reference checks, and candidate communication
Assist with onboarding, inductions, and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with governance and compliance requirements
Coordinate training, development activities, and workforce initiatives
Organise travel, accommodation, and internal events
Provide general HR administration support and assist with process improvements
Support workforce reporting and broader People & Capability projects
